“The\u00a0Circle” is a\u00a0closed group that combines training and peer-to-peer coaching and uses the power of co-development to help the participants thrive in their personal and professional growth. During the Circles,\u00a0approximately eight participants gather to learn new ways of speaking, listening, and relating to others.

\nIn each session, the participant in the \u2018hot seat\u2019 (not mandatory) shares a situation, then the others ask clarification questions, followed by in-depth questions. After a moment of reflection, each participant shares her\/his personal perspective\u00a0with the person on the \u2018hot seat\u2019.

\nAuthentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

\nBy participating, you will be working on your own personal development and, through storytelling, contributing to the development of other people. This is a dynamic and active space for support and growth through sharing wins, fears, and life experiences.<\/p>\n
